Ultrasonic testing system

Stability is ensured by a robust base frame that can be moved with a standard pallet truck.
The wheel rims are driven centrally via V-rollers. The shape of the front side guides of the rollers also provides a safety function.
The drive motor is separately EMC-shielded and mounted some distance from the test specimen via drive shafts.
This prevents interference signals in the test equipment. Shielding can be added if necessary.
The size described here is suitable for wheel rims with a running diameter of 500 mm to 700 mm.
