As Head of Design, Mr Randelli combines many years of experience in the rail vehicle industry with sound technical know-how and a sure sense of practical solutions. He is responsible for the planning and coordination of our design projects, accompanies technical developments from the initial idea to the production-appropriate implementation and ensures that quality, deadlines and customer requirements are reliably met.

As project manager, Mr. Lötzbeyer maintains an overview even for complex tasks. From initial planning to successful implementation, he manages and coordinates projects, coordinates deadlines and processes, and ensures that all stakeholders work together towards the project goal. Through his experience in the field of construction, he combines technical understanding with a structured and solution-oriented working method.

As a designer, Mr. Bende combines practical experience from his locksmith training with the technical know-how of a technical draftsman. This means that he not only knows the design on the screen, but also knows what is important in later production and assembly.

In purchasing, Ms. Strobel ensures that materials and components are available at the right time, in the right quality and at good conditions. She takes care of orders, is in close contact with our suppliers and reliably keeps track of delivery dates and availability of goods.

In accounting, Ms. Heike Lötzbeyer ensures that numbers, receipts and processes fit together reliably. It maintains an overview of invoices, payment transactions and organizational processes, thus creating an important basis for a smooth day-to-day business. At the same time, she is a reliable contact for internal inquiries and supports the team with a good sense of numbers, organization and clear procedures.

With many years of experience in the rail vehicle industry, Mr. Heuser brings extensive industry knowledge and a good sense of our customers' requirements. As a competent point of contact, he guides projects from the initial inquiry through to implementation, serving as a vital link between the client, the design team, and the project team.
